Jean Wang
Chief Executive Officer
Jean Wang is a founding member of Vision Fluorochem and has led the company’s commercial activities across sales and marketing, purchasing, and finance. Before founding Vision Fluorochem, she held investment and trading roles at Goldman Sachs and developed and managed an emerging-technology marketing program at IBM.
Wang holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
Jeff Tweedy
President & General Manager
Jeff Tweedy brings more than 30 years of global leadership experience across agriculture, biologicals, crop protection, and life sciences. As CEO and executive board member of Plant Health Care, he led the commercialization of PREtec biological technology across North America, Latin America, and Europe.
Previously, Tweedy held senior leadership roles at Arysta LifeScience and Syngenta/Zeneca, with responsibility for commercial operations, global business development, product commercialization, regulatory affairs, and strategic planning. He holds a master’s degree in weed science and a bachelor’s degree in plant and soil science from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
David Davies
Head of Marketing & Research
David Davies brings more than three decades of experience in strategic marketing, business development, product commercialization, and portfolio management across North American and international crop-protection markets. His work has included conventional and biological products for specialty- and row-crop markets, relationships with international suppliers, and the advancement of new active ingredients from evaluation through registration and commercial launch.
Davies has held senior marketing and business leadership roles at UPL, Arysta LifeScience, FMC Corporation, BASF, American Cyanamid, and Shell Chemicals. He began his career in agricultural research and development in South Africa and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in entomology from Stellenbosch University and an MBA from the University of Cape Town.

John Rabby
Board Member
John Rabby has held research, commercial, and executive leadership roles across the agricultural industry. He began his career with American Cyanamid, where he advanced from agricultural research into business development and senior management. He later served as vice president and general manager of the company’s North American business and subsequently as group vice president of BASF Agricultural Products North America.
Rabby went on to serve as president and CEO of Makhteshim Agan North America and as commercial lead for AgBiome Innovations. He is president of RE LLC and has served in leadership and advisory roles with CPDA, CropLife America, SePRO, and other agricultural organizations. Rabby holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Mississippi State University.
William M. Lewis
Board Member
William M. Lewis served as president and CEO of Summit Agro USA from 2014 until his retirement in 2025. During his tenure, the company introduced multiple active ingredients and advanced the development of novel biological products. He also served on the board of Plant Health Care plc, where he chaired the Remuneration Committee and served on the Audit Committee.
Previously, Lewis held senior executive roles at Arysta LifeScience, Syngenta Crop Protection, and Zeneca/ICI. His experience spans public and private companies as well as business ownership, including two John Deere dealerships that he sold in 2014.
Dr. Ying Luo, PhD
Board Member
Dr. Ying Luo is a founding member of Vision Fluorochem and has led the company’s strategy, technology, and production activities. Before founding Vision Fluorochem, he worked across the biotechnology and technology industries.
Luo’s interdisciplinary background includes physics, biology, and computer science. He holds a master’s degree from Stanford University and a doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh.
